Internal Examination Assessment XI and XII

Course plans will be formulated in the light of the syllabus and regular internal examinations and evaluations will be ensured. Internal Examinations of the Institution Not every student can be absent in any examination.

A) For class XI: The course will be completed in three phases. There will be one final exam with two class exams in each episode. A test will be taken in the third phase on all the subjects that are practical.

Note: In all the subjects which are not practical, in the case of 75th Annual / Final Assessment of the third part examination number, the total 300 marks of the three parts in each subject will be converted to 100 marks.

B) For Class XII: Course will be completed in two phases. In the first phase, there will be an examination with two class examinations and in the second phase there will be a selection test. In all the subjects which are practical, practical examination will be taken in the selection test.

Note: In all the subjects which are not practical, the number of the 1st part examination is 85 and the number of the selective examination is 100.

C) Progress Report: At the end of each episode, a “Progress Report” containing the results of all examinations, student behavior and comments from the college authorities will be provided to the parents through each student. This progress report will usually be given 15 days after the end of the test. Within a week of the publication of the results of any examination, there is an opportunity to come to the college through the application form and see the parents.

D) Promotion Rules: In order to get promotion from class XI to class XII, 80% must attend class and get an average of 50% or minimum GPA 3 for science branch and 45% or minimum GPA 2.5 for business education branch. The salaries of the college have to be paid till the last month of the concerned academic year.
